I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY) in Mar 2012
Interview
Applied through school's career website, was then contacted over the phone by AXA representative. Then scheduled a time for interview. It was a group interview. Basic questions asked, etc. It is really nothing to worry about. Just do your research. Know what the company does, and you will be fine.

Question 1
The questions are really basic. Like "what do you want to get out of this internship" etc.

Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
