Applied through campus. Two first round interviews each lasting 30 minutes and primarily behavioral. Very interested in your personality and your skill set. Final round was in Omaha, NE and consisted of four more behavioral interviews along with a tour of the city and the corporate area. Overall, a very positive experience.

From the day I applied to the day I was notified they were not moving forward was about 6 weeks. - Phone screen with recruiter/15 minutes (What is you salary expectations? What interested you about this position?) -Phone screen with hiring manager/30 minutes (Went over resume, what was your favorite class in school and why? How do you deal with learning new programs? How do you adapt to changes?) -In person interviews/Three 30 minutes interviews back to back with Senior Financial Analyst in same department , hiring manager and Senior Analyst in different department (Be prepared to answer STAR behavioral questions. They went over resume, a lot of situation related questions. Have a lot of questions prepared, also do research on the people you are interviewing with) A total of 5 interviews (2 phone, 3 in person) it seems like a great company with a wonderful work life balance, I am astonished I was no given a job offer as I received wonderful feedback and all of the interviews went amazing and I have experience in the field.
