Interview Details I went in to fill out an application. When I returned it I spoke with one of the managers. She had me come back at 3 oclock the next day and speak with the general manager. he only asked me questions like. "Why do you want to work at Cracker Barrel?", "What skills do you think you need to have to be a good waitress."
