Schlumberger Field Engineer Interview

Interview Details Filled out an online application, and was contacted fairly soon afterwards to set up a phone interview.The phone interview was a more HR oriented set up with questions like, "Describe a time you worked in a group." "How did you solve a conflict?" etc. After passing this interview I was passed onto the 2nd round interview in OKC. There were about 15 of us all at one time with very little one-on-one interaction with the recruiters. We were required to make a group presentation over a section of the well services industry and spent the majority of the weekend listening to presentations. They kept us up fairly late in order to see how we interacted when tired.
