Before getting an interview, you are given an assessment test - very simple math and English test. Upon completing the test, you will be given a few days to prepare a presentation to see if you're capable of delivering a lesson. Next you are asked questions by three interviewers. teaching experience, how you would handle certain situations involving students. if you are hired, they do a background check.
