Pros – First Coast was great about balancing personal responsibilites and work. Very good about giving time off and showing appreciation for employees. Pay was very good.

Cons – Constantly changing environment and very stressful. Lots of secrecy within the company but seemed to be getting better over the years.

Advice to Senior Management – Talk more to the employees and encourage them. The environment is very stressful. Make sure the employees feel appreciated and know they are doing a good job.
