      -The PTO and holidays offered are great -Great education system through the many lunch and learns available -People are nice and welcoming

      Cons

      -Really depends on the account you work on. Only cons I would say are the late nights but that that's kind of a given in this industry.

      fun partner outings and team events.

      Cons

      frequent long work hours and expectations to be available outside of standard business hours. teams often felt understaffed relative to workload. increased reliance on offshore resources created communication challenges.
