Dissappointintg work culture - Programme Analyst Innovate Search Employee Review

I have been working at Innovate Search for more than a year and it has been a great experience and journey till now. Some key points are - - Management is very cooperative and friendly - You can interact with the co-founders directly - You can learn a lot and work across different verticals. When I joined, I had limited knowledge about online marketing, but as of now I have gained quite a lot by working on different fields like marketing, SEO, content writing, website management and many others - Work is not limited to a particular domain. Each day you can learn about new stuff and related domains

As on now I did not find any cons to report. Hope the management keeps up the good work.

Management is accommodating. Work culture is non stressful. Team mates are friendly and helpful. One advantage at Innovate Search is that you gain knowledge in any field you are in; be it a programmer or a content writer. Networking along with work research is a boost for any employee at Innovate Search. Pay scale is apt.
