“Good place to work”
I have been working at Microchip Technology full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Good benefits, 10 holidays/year, lots of vacation hours and personal time. Very supportive management
Cons – Ofcourse the salary could be a little bit higher...and have annualy raises (no gaps). NEPOTISM! Very hard to advance, some (sister, brother, wife, in-law's) will be advanced in a better position regardless merits.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire based on knowledge, then you will save lots of money on training.
