Pros – The Santa Barbara location could not be beat.
Cons – Poort senior management, more like a club that everyone was either trying to get into, or trying to avoid.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your star employees, not just for technical advice, but also about their suggestions for realistic timelines and their concerns about real career development.
