Pros

Good medical, vision, and 401K Benefits, Ok pay and never a dull moment due to the work load. The newly more relaxed dress codes a plus.

Cons

Terrible, terrible upper management staff! They tend to be rude, out of touch, condescending and unrealistic. It is so unfortunate because things will never change! The new TV show "Toxic Workplace" should contact WWR immediately in order to make changes there.

Pros

Benefits Office Managing Attorney Helping people in need

Cons

Compensation is not competitive given the workload and broader market expectations. Leadership effectiveness varies, with inconsistency most noticeable at the management level. Opportunities for career advancement and professional development are limited, which contributes to high turnover across the organization, including among both attorneys and support staff. Diversity within management and attorney leadership roles is limited, and promotion decisions can feel influenced more by subjective management perceptions, race and popularity than by objective performance. This can create the perception that advancement opportunities are not equitable. While diversity initiatives exist in name, they lack visible follow‑through and meaningful engagement, often appearing reactive rather than intentional. This inconsistency reflects broader challenges with alignment between stated commitments and day‑to‑day practices.
