Accepted an offer from American Express, but my current manager isn’t approving early release, so I may have to serve the full 90 days notice period. Now I need to request a DOJ change from the recruiter after already accepting the offer. Has anyone faced something similar? Did the company agree? American Express

Completed 4 interview rounds with American Express and HR has discussed my notice period/LWD (June 30) multiple times. Recently she mentioned they are internally creating/mapping positions for new hires and deciding deployments, so she can’t give an exact timeline yet, but said the process should complete before my LWD. I’ve already resigned from my current company, so the delay is making me anxious. Has anyone gone through a similar phase with Amex? How long did it take to get final offer?
