I joined Deloitte India on May 25th. The environment is extremely hectic, and I want to resign. I have a firm offer from Stryker in hand. Since I am still in my probation period, I need your insights on a few things: >What is the typical notice period during probation at Deloitte India? >Will HR or management agree to a mutual early release? Background Check: Will a two-week tenure at Deloitte create issues for Stryker’s BGV? Has anyone managed a quick exit from Deloitte to any organization?
I have joined Deloitte india march 2026 since the I am on bench.I gave my interview for scrum master role here but after joining since then I am not getting any interviews related to my skill set also I have completed 3 month on bench here.so in call they informed 1 month later they will put on pip if not onboarded will check performance so wanted to ask does in worst case they tell me to exit or they will terminate after pip i don't want termination to impact my career?
Is the entire Big4 in India, specially Software Engineering a brokerage business to lend cheap labour to US nd pocket the difference at mass scale? I mean are there any productive work, product building initiative taken or just building wrapper & breeding toxicity is what defines the environment? If the culture is different in any of the competencies, I would love to know. PS: Asking fr a friend.
Hi Folks, I was completed the last interview with KPMG on 28th may and 29th may hr contacted and informed I have received positive response and got selected. It's for senior associate role. I was referred by consultancy agencies they asked me update the portal. Yesterday HR told she will send the other links for document submission but later she said she's went on medical emergency she will send it today. It's 11 am still I have not received any mail can I contact her or wait for sometime ?
