I have joined Deloitte india march 2026 since the I am on bench.I gave my interview for scrum master role here but after joining since then I am not getting any interviews related to my skill set also I have completed 3 month on bench here.so in call they informed 1 month later they will put on pip if not onboarded will check performance so wanted to ask does in worst case they tell me to exit or they will terminate after pip i don't want termination to impact my career?

Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received clarity on my candidature status. **Has the closure of the requirement resulted in the discontinuation of my hiring process? Hi Folks, Is it common for EY GDS to stick to a standard hike range? Even though I hold an offer, the HR seems to be lowballing the compensation and is asking me to settle for a 30–35% hike. It's quite disappointing considering the time and effort invested throughout the interview process.
