It's been a year at Capgemini, and I joined as a Senior Consultant for a DevOps role with 7+ years of experience. I'm the only one handling infra DevOps as a lead, with a secondary person who's basically just a KT resource. Every single task on this project is urgent! For example, if they ask for an API or Lambda, they expect it done today, immediately or they escalate to my manager. I've been put on a PIP because I couldn't respond to multiple urgent priorities at once, leading to escalations.

Hi everyone, I attended an interview with Capgemini for a Generative AI Developer role. The interview went well, and I was later asked to submit documents. HR also mentioned that there could be a techno-managerial round if shortlisted further. However, I haven't received any update yet from their side. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How long does Capgemini usually take to provide the next update after document submission or HR discussion? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks.
I have attended interview with Capgemini and after the interview I recieved mail to(pre bgv before hr discussion )share uan card , service history , resume , hike letter and pf passbook and same day hr called and asked me share those details it's been 5days I didn't here anything from there side , Any chances they rejected me after this or this is normal process?? I am immediate joiner now.
