What are the first 5 things you should do when you get put on a PIP? Just learned about it this morning. I didn't see it coming. Planning on working on the resume later, but I'm spiraling a bit right now.

Does anyone here actually meal prep? Any tips? I just looked at my DoorDash history for the month and I spent more on delivery fees and tips than I did on my actual car payment. I’m in the final stages with an incredible new firm, but they are demanding a reference from my current manager before making an official offer. While travlng for work, I got sick & had to miss a planned excursion. Later, at dinner, I was eating bread because my stomach was still upset. A coworker joked in front of the group that maybe I had drank too much. The comment bothered me because it wasn’t true, & it felt dismissive. This isn’t the first time this person has made teasing comments, but this one felt different because I was clearly not feeling well. How have you handled coworkers whose humor comes at someone else’s expense?
