How are you guys filtering out the fake job listings? I’ve applied to 20 different recruiter postings this month that look absolutely perfect, only to find out the roles don't actually exist. It turns out a lot of these agencies are just farming resumes to pad their databases and look active while hiring freezes are taking effect. It’s incredibly exhausting to tailor your resume and write cover letters for phantom positions that will never be filled.

Be honest: how much does company prestige still matter to you? Early on it felt huge, but the older I get, the more I care about the day-to-day experience. Has prestige become less important to you over time?

Leadership question: When a supervisor asks for your honest opinion about a coworker, how candid should you be? Do you give your unfiltered assessment if you believe the person is underperforming or relying too heavily on others, or do you focus only on objective facts and let management draw its own conclusions? Curious how others have handled this situation.

Hi Everyone, I have been having trouble finding a new job (10 months and counting) as a Project Manager despite my extensive experience in the financial industry, I don't want to speculate on the reasons, but now I'm getting to the point of applying for jobs at Walmart or Costco so I can pay my bills more easily, I'm fine with this because work is work but I can't help but think that there may be other options for work that I'm just not considering, or not know about.
