Has anyone who was supposed to join EPAM this month had their joining date postponed to next month?

Any one can answer my doubt from Deloitte I got a mail from Deloitte after completing 2 rounds of interview with attachments of Self Declaration Form to submit, Registeration to MFA and PHT portal. What actually does it mean, Did i got selected or still its just a process before completing all the rounds. Please help me on this Thanks in Advance
