Hi guys. I was offboarded from my project on Mar 31 & am on bench since then. I'm expected to join a new project on June 29. My PeM wants to put me on a 13week PIP with a target utilization of 95%, but based on calculations, I can reach only 65% by end of the period becoz of being on bench. On telling this, the case has been escalated to HR. My PeM is also trying to treat skill-mismatch(I was allocated to a proj of not my domain) project release as performance issue. What worst can happen to me?
2026 ESP cycle no increment for Band 8 and above resources. Management don't want to invest seniors. Till 7B band increment will be there
Total YOE : 6.8 Yoe in IBM : 1 year 3 months CCTC : 21.5 fixed Band : 7A, PMR : 109% , Rating : Core Got offer from TCS for 28 lpa. Should i resign basis of this offer ? Currently in project.
