Same. I don't like the website, but maybe it is just because it is new. I like the service a bit more now. TD service was really poor in the last year or so. Transition was pretty smooth. Just gotta see how things go in the long run but the website seems old and poorly designed
Not sure if the service is better, is just more available. I had a client who couldn't move money into his own account. I called Schwab and explained the situation. CS wouldn't help and I was basically told to read the service guide and figure it out. I had to yell at the person that I have no control over client accounts and the issue was on their end. They fixed it, but it very frustrating.
