I am an older woman with 25+ years of experience and a masters degree in psychology but have been fired from my last two positions due to issues with timely progress note completion. What am I doing wrong that I have had 6 interviews at Ford over the past 2 years and can’t get hired. I am so frustrated there is no feed back.

This job application process is becoming tiring. It takes approximately 30-40mins to tailor(including editing and formatting) CV and cover letter to each job post. After approximately 4 applications, mental fatigue sets in. I am considering using some form of Agentic AI to scan LinkedIn and apply for matching jobs. A scenario where all I will do in the end is just verify and click submit. Has anyone come across anything like this?
