See good things will happen after acquisition for persistent but not for nagarro. Nagarro has the lowest P/E value so they got bargain. By next year you will see compensation structure change , most probably by April 2027. Just like persistent we will have a higher org variable and lower pay. Job security still depends upon client billing so no change in that. WFH policy will change , if they want a self resignation as parents with kids won't be able to cope with these changes.

Only good thing about this acquisition is these senior management people like Divya Dhar ,Kanchan Ray and Ananda because of having redundant roles will be kicked out by Persistent 🤣🤣😆😆😆
