Hi NTT DATA , I want referral for Job id: 370427 Role: Systems administration analyst Your time to refer is much appreciated

Hi guys , I just completed 2 rounds of interviews in NTT Data but now HR is saying you have cleared the technical round but for last 3rd round which is managerial… manager is saying he wants to take that face to face … currently I am in another state which is around 1000 kms away. What should I do any experience in this pls let me know. Is this common with NTT Data or something fishy ?

Need some guidance — I completed HR discussion on 11th June and submitted all requested documents on 12th June. HR mentioned document verification is completed and currently approval is pending, but the offer letter is not released yet. Has anyone faced a similar timeline? Approximately how many working days does offer release usually take after approvals? Is this normal or should I treat it as a concern/negative sign? Thanks in advance.

Recently got an offer for senior manager operations , Bangalore . Looks like there is an internal vendor which manages operations ( Infra, cloud services , network security ) and I will have to manage them and overall operations . Any idea about the work culture ? Appraisals? Promotions ? Overall growth ? Any help is greatly appreciated.
