Need genuine career advice. I have multiple offers and I’m confused considering age (32), marriage plans, growth, salary, learning, stability, and long-term impact. Role is Data Scientist/AI/ML. Offers: EY – 24 fixed + 8% variable LTM – 23 fixed + 10% Capgemini – 23 fixed + 10% Volkswagen GDS – 24 fixed + 10% Publicis Sapient – 27 fixed Metro GSC – 27 fixed Tiger Analytics – 27 fixed (Hyderabad) Most are Pune-based except Tiger. Which would you choose and why?

I am average performer technically and don't have that smart communication skills as well ..I survived for 11 years in IT with this. Now I am feeling tensed becoz expectations are more from me and leadership is needed now. Please guys tell me how can I survive for few more years.Atleast I need to work for 5-6 yrs more. I see that Instagram one person commenting that person earning 17lpa in Bangalore is considered as poor.There i felt very bad and embarrassing.Why i felt bad because i have put too much hard work for earning 17lpa.One person in Insta commenting that 17lpa is considering as poor really he don’t money management skills
