I feel like im being targeted at work. I just got “in trouble” for doing what my sr team member instructed me to do after the SOP was in clear. I just got put on a PIP and was left out of the anniversary slide.. there is a ton more of stupid crap that has happened to make me think this way, but I only have so many characters on this post. I’m applying for jobs already, but should I even try to go to HR? I’ve been on this new team about a year now and it’s one thing after another.

I have a rockstar employee that I unfortunately have no levers to reward for their contributions and I’m worried about losing them. Raises and bonuses are fixed company wide and there are no roles to promote them to. Anything I can do to help show them I appreciate their great work?

Hello HRs - Can you tell why do you NEVER give any feedback with rejections? Did 4 interviews where I asked for feedback at the end of my 45 mins with the hiring manager, they'll say i'll send my notes to the HR and they'll share an update. I follow-up seeking feedback, won't hear back for days, I'll follow up again, i'll get the automated overly polite rejection which came after "careful consideration - why not share those very careful considering thoughts so I can learn and do better?

Curious how Fidelity employees in Boston are feeling about this. Boston has some of the worst traffic in the country. Time to move on?
