Monitoring the RTO of each and every employee, checking employees’ in-time at the office, chit-chatting with other AD managers, having tea/coffee for an hour, lunch for another hour, planning trips to other office locations (Chennai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru) and pushing the team to prepare(pretend) AI use cases and enjoying — this is what my AD does.

Wow, after reading this.... I feel my ad does lot of work ( meetings ) and is chilled about these things.
After the reorganization, I have been working on shifts, which is affecting my ability to focus on my preparation for moving to new opportunities outside Verizon. Could you please suggest how I can manage this effectively ?
