Many sales leaders have told me they like a person who has a lot of financial responsibility. One answer a sales VP said he liked when a candidate said, “My mortgage motivates me.” Saying you are goal-oriented, money-motivated, self-managed, self-determined, and passionate about sales are all good answers.
