I applied online. I interviewed at Freudenberg Group (Plymouth, MI) in May 2026
Interview
First a phone interview with manager, then a panel interview with the team. Everyone was real kind and asked lots of situational questions. Whole thing took about an hour, each person asked a few questions. Sometimes the questions seemed like they were asking the same thing multiple times just formatted slightly differently.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Freudenberg Group (Carpinteria, CA) in Sept 2025
Interview
I had an in-person interview, of which they asked questions about my resume and how I would handle certain situations (deadlines, quality of work, dysfunctional process on the floor). Overall, they were very kind and thoughtful people and provided me a tour of their facility after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Freudenberg Group in Apr 2026
Interview
I applied online. It took a couple months to hear back from them. First I got a email from hr, then we setup a time for a phone call.
The hr person I initially talked to let it slip that she had been working on filling the position for a couple months that was kind of a red flag that they might be "fishing" and not very serious about hiring.
So I talk with the HR person 48 hours later the german manager is wanting to set up a teams interview ASAP- this also abit strange seeing as how they were dragging their feet for months then johny on the spot to setup an interview ?
Alright so I interviewed with the german manager, and a U.S. hr person - we had a decent conversation, at the end the german manager said thank you for being the next contestant in the interview process..I understand english is his 2nd language, but once again these people are letting it slip that they arent serious about hiring. I looked on their career website before this review, the position is still up.
