That question isn't legal, anyway. A job isn't supposed to ask what nationality a person is, only if he or she can legally work in the US. Honestly, if they discriminated against you because you are black, you could get that company into a lot of trouble. At least now I know for sure I won't be applying there considering their shady interviewing practices.
