Face to face interview with two team leaders and the head of hardware and software division in the London head office. Afterwards, phone interview with technical director with whom I discussed how would I contribute to the business (i.e. few ideas and questions I had during the site visit)

Interview
An agency got me an interview for a contract developer's position.
When I arrived for my interview at Buhler Sortex at Gallions Reach no-one was expecting me and my putative "interviewer" was not even on the premises.
Not to be out-done, the IT staff present convened and conducted an impromptu and nugatory little panel interview for me. As there was obviously no actual job nor requirement, this was the last I heard from the chaos-merchants.

One round without any technical questions.
Prepared questions from my side were appreciated as a sign of diligence. From the get go, I got the impression they take care of their employees.
