I intuitively didn't feel comfortable with the interview, and with a full four weeks going by, and never hearing back, I assumed I was no longer in the running. I'm accepting of the fact that perhaps I was not the right fit, however, my reaction is if you're going to take an hour out of your work day for the interview, please respond back via email and let me know I'm out of the running, as opposed to never hearing back. For a company that prides itself to being on the Fortune's top 100 Companies to work for, that is not something I would have suspected would occur.
