Quick, confusing and not great communication. Showed up for store shadowing and manager was unaware I was even supposed to be there. He was great despite the confusion. Corporate seems very separate from store reality.

Received a phone call from one of the managers to schedule a video interview. After the first video interview was successful, I was invited to a second video interview with the main manager and then got offered the job.

The company ask you to stop by one of the blindstogo showroom to take a look around the store. There you are greeted by the manager and there shr ask you questions about yourself and where you work. Then she goes into detail about the company.
