Interview
Don't waste your time!
The process took about 2 weeks, having a phone call interview, a 1 to 1 in person interview and a trial shift, to then end up not getting the job. I feel like they had no intentions of hiring me and just wanted a few hours of free work out of me, as I did everything asked of me in a polite and fast paced manner during the trial shift, I can't see where I would have done anything wrong! By that, they must have already made their mind up before I came for the trial shift, as I said, they just wanted a few hours of free work out of me.
Basic questions about yourself and your work experience, questions on leading a team and your knowledge of the company. Covering work hours and different branches if needed. What do you know about Caffè Nero.
They said they would call me for a telephone interview and never bothered. Emailed to follow up but never heard anything back from them. I personally wouldn't bother with them anymore

Interview
Interview feels more casual, fast paced. Had a quick tour of the cafe once it ended. Staff seemed friendly too, so overall not a bad experience. Cafe was a little busy so a bit hard to hear and focus, but that makes it feel less daunting.
