Interview with the Tech Hiring Manager was cool. They asked about what I have worked with and some not too deep questions about my tech knowledge and expertise. On the contrary, the interview with HR was sub-optimal, was the same length as the tech interview, and the HR questions were deeper than usual, giving the impression that the HR critique has a significant impact on the final outcome. My negative consensus is based on the HR part of the interview, which took longer and was deeper than necessary, and the fact that I didn’t get any news about the outcome, even though I tried to get in touch after some time.
