The turnover there is horrendous, and that is why they want you to get started asap. Again, observations from personal experience. They hired 50 of us and trained us in January...not surprisingly by March there was another country wide hiring and training. And again in June and in August. They promise a 25-40 work week and deliver a 10=15 hour work week max. People have to quit because they can't support themselves much less a family on promises.
