Phone interview first, followed by a face to face interview 2 weeks later, interview went well standard fair of back and forth. Was told at end of interview that I would be sent information for a panel review within 48 hours. Then was left in the dark for 4 weeks until I was informed they had went with another candidate. Very poor form and unprofessional courtesy always goes both ways.
