I interviewed at Ocado Group (Hatfield, East of England, England)
Interview
A quick screening call with recruitment and then the main event. Really intense interview with a scenario sent just before the interview to prepare for, presenting that and then a competency based interview. Didnt make it to the next stage, but was told it would be more questions with different team members.

Question 1
The scenario was straightforward enough, investigate a failing KPI and come with options to resolve. It was clear they had a specific answer in mind though, and I did not get that answer so it was a clash in ways of working I think.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ocado Group
Interview
Friendly and easy interview process with supportive manager who helped answer questions clearly and made things comfortable, although the overall experience was slowed down by a long wait for DBS checks.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ocado Group (Leeds, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
Once application done i got e mail confirming and then asking for licence details and right to work once this was given got a request for further checks with Experian and a DBS check request. Once this was confirmed then got interview/site tour. Straightforward with a coupe of questions.
