I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dassault Systèmes (Waltham, MA) in June 2012
Interview
Received a call from HR manager set up a phone interview with HR, and two members from the group they were hiring for. Basic questions om education and experience. They were very up front saying the position isn't a typical engineering position. (you become a soft engineer trouble shooting customer issues with their different software programs). After the phone interview waited a week got called in for a face to face interview. This interview was scheduled for 3 hours (1/2 hr with 6 different ppl. HR, younger worker in same position, Older person in same position, manager of group, another HR person and lunch with the VP of operations.) Question were mainly behavioral, and prior experiences, no curve balls. They were all very nice and made sure I understood what I would be doing for the company. After process they asked if I wanted a 2nd interview, I declined as the position wasn't what I was looking for as an aerospace engineer.
