I don't remember my full answer, but I recall saying that I wanted someone I could learn from. My first week, my boss quit. Then 2 marketing guys took over and had no clue what was going on. So we had to teach them. Then when they left, the supervisior I had for the most of my time didn't even have a technician license. He had no idea what it was to really be a technician.
