I interviewed for a Team Lead Developer position for Britanica's sub company Melingo with 3 different interviewers. After the interviews, I tried multiple times(at least 5 times) to get a response from the interviewer, but she simply disappeared. I sent 6 messages over a month with replies such as: "we will get back to you" or "I'll have answers hopefully next week"
Last week, I followed up again, the interviewer responded with an absurd excuse she claimed to have been sick for an entire month. It’s unclear how a company that claims to be professional such as Britannica their branch Melingo allows a situation where a candidate is left completely in the dark for a month, with no one bothering to provide an update.
If this is how they treat candidates, one can only imagine how things operate inside the company. If you’re considering applying, think twice and don't.
