Did my best to relate my experience in another industry. I realized many of the interviewers were narrowly focused on their industry so this was a challenge and I should have prepares a few examples to show I understood what was unique in their area and how I could transition. Understandably they think their world is super complex and challenging while I considered it relatively simple.
