As I previously mentioned I do not have experience using E-verify. That being said, since I know E-verify is used to verify that someone is eligible to work in the US I know you have to first have the employee fill out an I-9 form and collect the required documents from the lists provided on the form. Once you have collected this information, I would assume you go online and enter the information to E-verify them.
