After the phone call I looked up the job description and nothing that remotely resembles call center experience was on there. Wrote an extensive email and have yet to hear back from them even acknowledging receipt or a "thanks for the suggestion in our recruiting process." My gut tells me, although always cordial conversations, the recruiter was not fond of me. Perhaps a bias on the background check also came up when they looked at social media. Hold some non liberal views, but my social media is squeaky clean as far as being respectful, no rants and no bashing people. Also no criminal history or anything that would prevent in that regard. 800+ credit score. All in all, extremely disappointed with the process and lack of professionalism from the recruiter, and lack of communication within their own organization. I will take it as a blessing in disguise. Hopefully others reading this will being able to pass the process if they choose and pass the job try out with the info I gave.
