I had an interview with the store manager and the area manager. Here they asked about my general experience in retail and my knowledge about outdoors and nature. They shared a few example situations and asked me what I would do in each of them.

Question 1
What is you experience in retail and how do you usually identify customers needs?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Fjällräven in July 2022
Interview
I was contacted via email to set up a Microsoft Teams video interview. After sending along my availability, the interviewer confirmed it and sent an invite for the day of the interview. I joined the teams meeting at the agreed upon time and waited for 15 min. I then emailed the interviewer to let them know I was still available to talk, but could reschedule if something had come up. They never replied to my email and so I waited for an additional 15min. After that, I left the call. I never heard back anything from the interviewer regarding why they did not show up as agreed. It was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
Very laid back and community oriented job and relationships. An interview less about the company and more about yourself and how much of the brand you understand--even if you don't know the brand that much, as long as you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Low stress, and the job was really considerate about work/life balance.
