There wasnt really an interview. I applied online, answered some interview style questions, and then was offered a trial shift. The trial shift went well, but I was thrown in and expected to get on with it pretty quickly!

Interview
You do a trial shift (unpaid smh) where you have to serve customers and figure out the till very quickly, and it was overwhelming as it can be quite busy. Then after you get asked why do you wanna work here etc and 3 strengths 3 weaknesses
Was quite easy doing a shift experience interview where you served the customers and working with the other members. Then I was asked about my flexibility, commute and any prior experience related to the role.
