How do you convince and winback a dissatisfied client ?

First, I'd listen without interrupting. Let them get everything off their chest ,no excuses, just understanding. Then, I’d apologize sincerely, take full ownership, and say exactly what I’m going to do to fix it. Finally, I’d follow up to make sure it’s resolved and offer something extra ,a small gesture to rebuild trust. Because how you handle a problem can actually turn an upset client into your most loyal one.
