You listen to their grievances or complaints and understand what the issue is, then in a calm and gentle manner, you explain to the customer and resolve the issue. If it's a situation that requires clearance from management, then you forward it to management after letting the client know. This is because, some of the issues could be affecting the company policies which are resolved differently with each complaint.
