approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. First, I assess the situation to understand the root cause. Then, I break it down into smaller steps and prioritize solutions based on urgency and impact. I also believe in collaboration—seeking input from colleagues or supervisors when necessary. For example, in my previous role, I encountered a sudden issue with a key client account. By quickly analyzing the problem and communicating with my team, we developed a strategy that not only resolved the issue but also strengthened our client relationship.
