How do you rate your effectiveness as a change agent and how did you drive change within your organization.

Good question but can be answered in many different ways. Not sure what the real or "effectiveness" definition of change is. In my opinion this question is difficult to answer when applying for an analytical job.

"I have a reputation for shaking things up a bit. Although I do it in as cooperative a manner as possible, I am always questioning the norm and looking for better and more efficient ways to get things done. My coworkers know that 'we've always done it that way' is never a good reason. This can ruffle some feathers, but inevitably those that I work with appreciate that I am just doing what I feel is best for the company."
