I stay organized by only having the paperwork or project on my desk that I'm working on. All other paperwork stays filed until it's time to work on it. However, I didn't get the job. Not sure why, because I thought the interview went great. I was on time, I looked great and answered all the questions in detail. The reason Charter gave for not hiring me did not line up with the experience. I was speechless when I was told the reason. I read the reviews...now I understand...
