This actually isn't a trick question. They want to know what you would seriously like to make. I said, "I'm sure the company is going to compensate me fairly for the amount of work I do, and they will pay me based on my performance." They still wanted to know a number of what I wanted to make. You will be commission based, so you are paid on production.
